3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from ACCOMMODATIONS4U.

3.3. Payment must be made in full before the confirmed check-in date unless otherwise agreed.

3.4. Users must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.

4.2. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

4.3. A security deposit may be required for certain accommodations and will be refunded after check-out, subject to property condition.

4.4. Additional charges may apply for extra services, utilities, or damages.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund.

5.2. Cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund.

5.3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Users must maintain the accommodation in good condition and report any damages immediately.

6.2. Users are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6.3. Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

6.4. Users must comply with all local laws and building regulations.

7. Check-in and Check-out

7.1. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

7.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

7.3. Valid identification and proof of booking are required at check-in.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. ACCOMMODATIONS4U is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8.2. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of utilities or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control.

8.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
